I just replaced my plugs ...... found the old ones to be bosch instead of NGK.... last friggin owner I guess
. Anyway..... 5 out of the 6 smelled like gas..... but the 6th one had no gas smell at all...... and had a little bit of extra oil on it?
PS...... for anyone whos had that bad knock sensor type hesitation when accelerating (hesitation around 3000-4000rpm) even after youve changed your knock sensor ----------> change your plugs..... and for the love of god..... use NGK!!!

What's the point of this thread? Are you asking why one doesn't smell like fuel?
This seems pretty normal, you can read around learn how to read spark plugs. A little oil is normal for a high mileage engine, typically 3 out of the the 6 I change have a little bit, not dripping, but a small amount around the base of the threads.

Get a haynes or chilton manual and compare the plugs to the ones in the pictures then you can say if they are in good or bad condition.
the point of the post was to see if there was anything wrong with engine/coils/injectors...... anything of that nature.... considering only 5 smelled heavily of gas..... and one did not..... whatsoever!
