Well, the time is here that I purchase my own Maxima (been driving my mothers 99GXE) and I was wondering what the frugal-mans mods are. First I want wheels: looking on ebay and I need to know the wheel displacement? Next, what does it cost to lower the car? How much should I lower it w/ the stock SE rims until I get the customs rims? What is the costs of clear lighting, and that aluminum interior look? i.e. pedals, dash, shifter etc... BTW: this is a 97SE loaded. Thanks in advance guys!

lower the car
springs about $200.00? more or less.....shocks/struts $300.00? or more

labor about $150.00 where I live,get new springs and struts at the same time...do it all at once...but some say you don't have to get new stuts and shocks...but to save time and money(for other stuff) get both.....
