Help! My car keeps stalling out.

Everytime I slow down and push my clutch in my RPM's drop and my car stalls out. I have almost been in a couple of accidents now because I lose power steering and brakes. Does anyone have any advice that could help me out here?

Thanks.

vacuum leak is a good guess. does it try to catch itself and raise the idle before stalling? does it idle down normally otherwise or hunt a little?

If I rev the engine a little it just drops off and stalls everytime. It used to be fine when I would have the a/c or heater on, now it doesn't matter.

IAC valve? dirty throttle body? intake air leaks? having ac compressor on activates the fast idle solenoid, counteracting your problem. but apparently its gotten worse.
