Go to this website http://www.bol.ucla.edu/~cchiu1/home.html
at this website go to the HOW 2 SECTION. They tell you how to re-wire the blinkers

I think he wanted something sorta different than what is on Cheston's website. You want the front part of the turn signal to stay on whenever the lights are on, but then blink if the turn signal comes on right? I know people thave done it by replacing the socket behind that part with a dual filament socket and it has worked. There are instructions somewhere, used to be on the NorthEast Maxima Owners site if I remember right, but I can't find them at this moment. If you want them to alternate though, then it isn't possible without some creative rewiring which I don't think anyone has done yet and may be more trouble than it is worth.
