for anyone whos done this before, the inner join on the passenger side blew out bad, and all thats left is that little cup that all the ***** and **** were in. with nothing to grab its gonna be a pain in the *** to get that part out so I can replace the whole deal. Im getting tired of playing with this so I think im just goin to weld the jaws on my 2 ton jaw puller straight to the cup and slide hammer that peice of crap out. Losing all my patience.

Did you remember to pull 3 bolts out of that pain in the azz carrier bearing. You sometimes have to work at it and pry it to get it loose.
