Control arm bushings

I had a bad inner tie rod end for a while, which I had replaced last week. I then went for an alignment. I was told my car could not be aligned because my control arm bushings are shot. The right side is worse, caused by hot oil drippage over the bushing. I'm not sure where the oil is coming from yet, but that's another story...

From my research, it doesn't appear the bushings are available separately. Is this true? I really can't spare the expense of buying a new control arm right now but before I decide not to, I'll check the condition of the ball joint for wear. If the bushing is available separately, does anyone have the part number available? Are there any suppliers that sell polyurethane bushings for our control arms?

What do you guys think of this control arm on eBay? It is about $100 less than Nissan's:
