transmission problem? Help .org plz!

Yea so lately my car has been acting a bit weird, its an automatic trasmission with 121k miles, its been in the shop once already for it. Takes a little time for it to kick in reverse / drive...like pressing the gas pedal. When i was stopped and used to let go of the brake there would be power n i would roll...or instant getgo, now it takes the pedal to be pressed a bit more n some of a delay before it gets going while driving..

One other thing that happened today is while i was drivin i put it in neutral and put it back in drive ( no wasnt pushin the rpm's as i put it back in drive.. ) and when i tried to maintain my speed it would rev up to like 5-6k then felt like it kicked into drive and pulled..almost like my trans wuz confused between neutral n drive.

I do kno i have a absolute pressure sensor cel, but could that be causing all this? Some mornings when i try to accel right when i start up it barely budges! :[

What colour is the automatic transmission fluid?

There's a dipstick with a red **** that you can check with. It's located in front of the intake hose and between the block and the battery.
