I have a 96 maxima. I was planning on buying the turbo kit on turbo-kits.com. I was wondering if this is the kit i should go for or if you know of any better deals. Also I noticed it does not come with something to retard the timing. What do you suggest I use? Any other mods I have to do to boost the maxima?

check out the forced induction sectio and read the sticky there. they have the answers to all your ques

 

PFI turbo kit also includes pretty much everything... choose your BOV, and some type of fuel management unit... make sure you tune her properly. The boosted section stickies are your friend.

I cant wait to Boost the VQ, I miss a turbo kit twice that was being sold for $2k,one of them have full downpiping inlcuded! for $2K

BOOST > all....and with proper tuning you wont have drivability issues
