Cleaned TB now idle at 1,100

i cleaned my throttle body the other day and now when i start the car the idle is a little over 1,000. why is this and is it bad?

does it go down after the car warms up if it does....u have no worries...its just compensating for itself

yeah, just wait a few minutes for the car to warm up. it should go down.

Whenever your car starts, it will start at a high RPM.. 12-1300 ish... you do realize its freaking cold up here and your car needs to warm up right?

Give it a few till the temp needle goes up and you'll see the RPM's slowly drop
