please help I am going mad!!!

Ok I got a ws y-pipe (aluminized) a month a go and I thought I would get used to the rattle and hum.... and the freaken bees... anyways I did the mod with the hose clamp and the low rpm rattle is pretty much non exsistent. My problem is the bees from 5k on up.... Is there some way to get rid of this problem short of of s**t canning it??

Please help..

Exhaust wrap on the flex section. It will rust faster though.

I had the same noise that you had and noted that it probably was the flex section needing to be broken in. What I did to get rid of the noise was to go to WOT everytime I got the chance. Took about a week but I no longer have any noise. If you haven't done thi methog then give it a try. Good luck to you.
