Pully adjuster bolt replacement... help =(

Recently broke the pully adjuster bolt on my 95 max.. got a few questions:

How the hell... am I suppose to get at it for one?
Also I got a few pics on the construction of the area and I need some detailed instructions on how I would go about replacing this?
I'm not really sure on how this setup works.. and any support would be helpful.

Take the assembly out of the car. Looks like 3 bolts hold it in.
You might have to take the center nut off the pully and take it apart to gain access to the bolts.
PITA tight spot suckz to work down there.

Good luck!
