Color Cordinating - please help

Hey,

I have a 95 Nissan Maxima SE - Tanish/gold color exterior color. Tan lether inside with heated seats--- the works...

Im wanting to modify the green lights (AC, Bose, and clock) to a different color and then change the headlights to HAlogen white and change the turn signals to some color and maybe further down the road get under the car neon lights...

What color do you feel would be a good idea for inside the car and what about under the car and the turn lights?

You think the halogens are good for headlights?

white looks cleanest in the car but blue and red look good too the turn signals have to be amber unless you want to get pulled over... and arent headlights halogens to begin with

I've got blue in my guages right now...I think I'm going to try red soon.

You should just try out different colors in the guages since they are pretty easy to change (requires taking apart part of the dash, but no soldering) and then decide which you like.

hey

What do you mean they have to amber?

And thats what I was thinking, inside all white, and then the blinkers blue with headlight and all bright LEDS...

Is white seable in the day though?

you mean your turn signals outside of the car or inside cuz outside they have to be amber in the front and amber or red in the rear

ok

I see now, I cant change my blinkers color due to the law...

What about the headlights and other exterior lights can those be changed or brightened?

Can you change your inside blinker lights? If so if I change all the lights to white is that seeable in the day time?

Should I do white or blue?

i changed my blinkers inside my car its a white bulb that shines green plastic arrow... i just sanded the green arrow down and then designed my own arrow with electrical tape back there... i put in blue leds... check page 2 of my cardomain it has my turnsignals in red same idea i just changed the whole car to blue now

you can get piaa bulbs around the outside of the car they are brighter then the stock bulbs... but be careful when using bulbs of higher wattage then stock you can melt the housings or harnesses

as for headlights if you want an upgrade for hallogen you can do sylvania silverstars they are whiter than stock but they dont last as long as your oem bulbs

a projector hid retro fit is the best for upgrading headlights but it takes a lot of work money and knowledge
