maxima and 300z engine

i just wondering if nebody knew if there were ne parts made for a 300z that could fit on my 98 max. thks 4 reading

No, as far as internal parts are concerned. VQ and VG are two different engines. Different bore and stroke, different heads, different pistons, different crank.

Some boosted people are using 300zx injectors and MAFs, though.
