c) how to do that
a) A trivial increase in the density of the incoming air stream.
b) Increased likelihood of icing in temperatures below 45 degrees F, especially on humid days.
c) There are two rubber hoses which connect the engine coolant system to the throttle body. Remove either one entirely. Disconnect the other one from the throttle body and reroute it into a "U-turn" shape. Connect it to the coolant system pipe which the other hose formerly used. Reuse one of the hose clamps to secure this connection.
Please don't make this mod. It won't give any meaningful performance benefit unless you already have a supercharger.

I did this mod and put it back the next day. It works on some cars, but not on the Max because if you remove the TB you will notice that there is a sensor in the water jacket that has something to do with idle speed. Long and short of it--when you start the car rpms jumped to 15oo and would not go below that until car was fully warmed up. I don't recommend it at all unless someone can figure out a way to fix that problem.
