Stuck screw

So I got a 98 se, one of the fog lights got knocked out completely..off the plastic housing..over the months the bolts holding the plastic and actual fog light got rusty wouldn't budge even with wd40..so i decided to remove the whole metal Fog light housing...and fcking all 3 bolts holding the metal fog light housing broke half way..is there anyway to get them out without removing the bumper..this sucks @ss...anyone use a dremel to remove it? Any attachments I should use?

depending on how much space your dealing with, you can use a plumber's wrench. im confused though, is there still a head on the bolt?

the heads on ALL of the bolts broke off, i'm working with like 5 inches of space maybe less..i was thinking of taking a dremel with a titanium bit and drilling out the broken bolts

----> --------
-----> ||=||

the dashes are the metal piece...and the bottom is the head...well the head broke off and i can't reach around to grab the end that's sticking out because there's no space...so only option is to drill through??

Take a trip to Home Depot or Sears, you'll find what your looking for. Good luck with that.
