From what I've read they are VERY close. H&R's will be ever so slightly more comfortable, and H-techs will handle ever so slightly better. I read this in a post by phenryiv and he had both on his I30 before he totalled it. I have the h-techs waiting to be installed just because I got a good deal on them used.

Does anybody have any "before" and "after" pictures with the various springs?

The shock will actually be the most important component for the comfy ride.
GR2's are quite stiff and will ride slightly harsh on a sport spring.

Consider using Tokico Illuminas. They ride totally awsome coupled with H&R Springs.

I was wandering this same question. Does any one have a pic of both of these to compare? If not can some one set one up? or take finger gap measurements?

I forgot to mention. I went from about a 4-5 finger gap to about 2 with the H&R's and as far as I can tell the ride is nearly the same as stock....and this is with my stock struts which I'm sure need to be replaced. Definetly a nice drop that doesn't compromise on ride quality like some other springs do.
