It worked fairly good when I used it. Had a small dent on the rear fender and it pulled most of it out.

However, I probably won't use it again after hearing stories of it pulling paint off.

In my opinion if you're going to pay to fix a dent/ding, you might as well fix it so its perfect. The guys that do paintless dent removal (PDR) generally do a great job fixing door dings. I had a few dings taken out of my previous car with PDR and it honestly looked like the car just came off the production line

Depends on who you call, how experienced they are and where you live.

Typical prices are anywhere from 70 to 90 for the first ding, and 10 bucks for each ding after that. So it will definately be worth it if you have more than one ding to do.

EDIT: Plus they usually come to your house and do it in an hour right on the spot.

There is another method of paintless dent removal. My dad is actually a certified to pull dents out of cars, It works much much better than the little glue thing. He uses these tools that push the dent out from the other side. Most car dealers have a guy that removes dents off trade-ins and stuff, if you call around you can definatly get your dent pulled out for cheap. If you live in louisville, I can hook u up.

EDIT: yeah i should have read the whole thread before i posted, that PDR thing is what my dad and me do. It rules
