Polished Valve Cover and Intake Manifold

Ive been seeing alot of maxima's on the org and Ive noticed that quite a few have polished valve covers and intake manifolds, I was just wondering if anybody knew where i could get this done or if they actually sell them like that, where could I buy them? Also tryin to get some personal HOW2s on the A.E headlights as far as What kind of paint I should use, and If its better to throw them in the oven or use a heat gun to crack em open. I thought about buying them but i looked closely and only the side of headlight that connects to the corner light is black, so I figured why pay 320$ on halfway Black housing headlights when most of the custom made headlights Ive seen look better anyway. I could really use the help. Oh and yes I already checked the diy how2 section. Just want to your personel preference on paint and how to open them. Thanks
