Strut bar question

There are a ton of "cheap" front strut bars on ebay for $5 to $8. Are they any good? If not can anyone recommend a place to get one?

a strut bar is a strut bar, you pay for the looks... there is no proven significance in having a $100+ one...

i got mine off ebay!

No he's telling you that a $180 bar doesnt work any better than a $20 bar. But they do work.

You'll be able to feel a difference after adding a fstb, even a cheap one. I bought one off of eBay for around $20 shipped. (I recommend one by Otto Racing; it looks good and gets the job done)

Where can I get a sway bar and how much are they?

Can I get a sway bar off another car that is an improvement or is this strictly an aftermarket item?

How difficult is this application, I'm a noob at car mods and need to know the difficulty of this, such as needing new/longer screws or needing to have it on a lift to do this? Does anybody want to do a quick write up installation? Because I too was looking at a $14 strut bar.
