THe MAF on mine was appearently testing good. Be carefull with that. I took mine to the dealership finally and the only reason they settled on the MAF was because they borrowed a good MAF off the service managers MAX and the trouble went away.


If you have a friend nearby with a runnig 4th gen .. see if you can borrow his MAF to test it.

 

I replaced my MAF and most of my problems were gone. It still has a slight stutter and the knock sensor code 0304 is coming up. Some have said replace it, others say coils. Any suggestions?

 

wow thata big gap for s-tech, looks like you could get a fist in there

 

That pic was taken right after I put them on. It has settled a little now and it looks really nice. The gap is about 3 fingers. I think the tires/wheels make it look a little bigger than it really is.

i have the same problem, mines an 02 though, so basically get the coil packs checked out and then the MAF?
