Looking 4 help buying fog lamps!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i just placed an order for my 97 bumper to replace my 95 bumper which was ruined due to my accident. i stated thinking it would be nice to have a set of fog lights on the bumper and after seeing how expensive stock housings are i decided to look for some aftermarket ones. (not just the light but the entire housing also)

ive been lookin mainly on the internet for now and i cant seem to find any nice ones. all i find are the same ol ones by pilot, eurolite, street glow, ebay no names.... and these just dont look nice IMO.

i remember seeing cars on the street with very nice hi quality fog lamps and i just cant seem to find these online anywhere. i wanted to ask you guys if yo have any recomendations as far as fog lamps go. these will be installed on my 97 style bumper in the two slots where the stock ones would normally go.

here are some that i found so far....

lamp 1 (no name brand)

PIAA 1400 series

the PIAA's are very nice, but more on the expensive side. and does ion crystal mean its a yellow light. that would be a plus cause id prefer a bright yellow light, if not then a bright white. I also prefer a rounder shape like the PIAA, even tho its square its a rounder shape, i dont want any flat rectangular lamps.

Any other suggestions on lamps, and any place in particular where can find them cheap....ebay was little to no help.
TIA

We put a set on a friend's car. They were like $20 at Murrays, they look like the first ones you posted. What's good with the 97+ bumper is that you can mount them more towards the back of the bumper using the outside screw hole that is already there and they are barely visible from the side. It looks great.

thanx for all of your help guys, ive been reading some reviews on the piaa ones and im leaning with those. for some reason i see alot of complaits with other fogs that they tend to shatter with road debris and these had no complaints about that. they look prety nice imo.

im open to any other suggestions. thanx so much for the help

Hmm... I was wondering how you were able to say that word w/o being censored. Haha.

The lights in my pics are Blazer Lighting XT853 Driving Lights: Xtreme; Mini 2-3/4" Round Halogen Driving Light Kit from Kragen: http://www.partsamerica.com/PartDeta...goryCode=3151A on sale all the time for $19.99

thanx for the props guys. I'm ready to move onto these puppies now

Hella Optilux 2020 Dual Fog/Driving Light
http://www.autobarn.net/heop20dufoli.html

The vehicle code here says you can have 3 pairs of forward lights. In these Hellas, they each have 2 bulbs: a combo of fog and driving, so you've got everything lit without blinding anybody. Here's more reasoning:
H3 55w = 1500 lumens
H3 100w = 2500 lumens
HID 35w = 3000 lumens

So if I've got 55w H3's, but on at the same time, I'm hitting close to HID output, with a more usuable beam pattern. If I decide to go nutso and try 100w H3's, I'm putting out more than HID. Right now I got 100w H3 in my aux lights, nothing burned out yet. Just make sure you clean and grease the contacts first.
