Emissions

I live in the state of NJ (sorry for me, I know) and failed emissions with my 96 Maxima GLE. One of the issues was the knock sensor, the other the speed sensor (P500). I am not familiar with the speed sensor. Could anyone give me any insight as to how much this cost to repair, how much for the sensor itself, and where I would be able to purchase one?
