My all time favorite max is Turbo95Max. It may not be the cleanest looking, but i think what he did with it is OFF the hook...

plus, i think he was one of the first to put sarona v1 sides and rear with a stillen frnt lip.

i will look for his car domain....

True but 10 psi can put up a good fight against a lot of the fast sedans and big blocks out there.

an old friend of mine e-mailed me this link.. i haven't been on here in awhile, it's nice to hear kind words about my old beater. truth of the matter is my maxima is actually still up and running; after it was broken into, the interior was completely torn apart from the carpet up and redone, the trunk was put back to stock, the motor was tuned to just over 330whp and the car was sold.

i couldnt have done anything with my car without the help/inspiration of people like ming, jeff (shadow), tony (1max2nv), thai (1hotmax), matthel, tony (araffio) etc etc etc.

Thanks Tony, haven't talked to you in a while. And yes, I know, blue is played out these days, but remember who did it first My car has been blue since summer of '01. I guess I should have picked a different color the second time I had it painted last year, but I like blue, so we just made it a more custom blue.

Pic of the car at HIN this past year. That's the new fuel door.

Pic in the sun, the paint shows best in sunlight, otherwise, the candy and silver pearl don't show up.

And the rest of the pics.
Maxima

I hope to get the new stereo done soon, shooting to have to car complete before Daytona this year. Next week I'm putting the nitrous back on and we're dyno tuning with more boost. I'd like to see 400 hp at the wheels or somewhere near that.

Of course the downside is I never drive the car these days. Something always needs to be worked on or is breaking.

Hey Jeff, you going to have it ready by HIN?

Yes, it should be done by then. Daytona is March, and HIN is May right? When I get the car back from the shop/dyno, we're just going to finish the stereo. Fiberglass enclosures are fabbed, just need to send them to paint. Amp rack has to be welded and we have to CNC the rear armrest/PS2 mount then send those parts out to be polished and powdercoated. I don't have much work left to do, all the stuff left is finish work that's being sent out so that's easy. My main goal now is just to get some new wheels to replace the POS's I've got now.

I know, I know. It's just everything I want is so expensive and wheels are the one thing I can't fabricate on my own.

None taken -

Well, you can thank some a-hole for squeezing me into a wall for that one.

Here's a pic of the carnage - he took a huge bite outta my rim....although you can't see it too well in the pic - it's at the bottom.

and the other side -

But the rims live on....

Personally - I like my 5Zigen's better - because they weigh 17lbs for an 18" Rim. <grin>
