JWT ecu question
Ok main concern is about advance timing. Is this a good thing to have in a car for daily driving? Will my engine running hotter? is it safe for summer time? I just need to know before I buy an ecu. What Are my advantages of having this ecu over stock.

Advantages: A bit more power and the extended rev limiter (works great with Variable Intake)
I can't think of single disadvantage, except for the price. I have had the JWT Ecu with Nitrous Control for well over 2 years. Not a single problem to date.
With the exception of the extended rpm, a couple of OBD-II piggy back systems can alter MAF, TPS, etc. readings and and allow you to advance timing and tailor the air/fuel mixture to a desired stoichiometric ratios. The latter requires some dyno time and/or a wide band O2 sensor to precisely measure the air/fuel mixture and tune appropriately.
