i used to have a working link, but i just reinstalled XP and forgot to grab the favorites folder.

I need a new link, and what fluid you reccommend.

There's a howto for changing the gear oil in a 5spd?

That's amazing. There's nothing to it...

1) Remove the drain plug and let it pour out into a pan
2) Fill it back up with new stuff until it starts to pour out of the fill hole

next time check the fluids and lubricants section, it was stickied (in red)
