Correct, the government sent the company that makes Z-max a cease-and-desist letter, ordering them to stop all false advertising. Almost every claim the company made was proved to be false. Zmax is a scam, pure and simple.

But to answer your question, I don't think anyone on this board has tried to poison their VQ with it so we don't reallyknow whether it works.

I used to see the infomercials for this product about every Sunday afternoon 6 months ago...had all these claims of saving you money. Guess that is was supposed to clean out the carbon deposits in the engine and thus give you better gas mileage which led to saving you money at the pumps...
