help, when my car starts.. it idles from 1100-100rpm several times

For some reason when i start my car lately for the first time in the morning, it doesnt seem to be missing or anything but the rpm's go from 1100 down to 100, and back and for maybe 6 or 7 times then it runs perfectly. Sometimes it will die from this.. or it recovers itself, other times i give it a lil gas to keep it alive and let off.

Clogged fuel filter? or maybe fuel pump on its way out (i doubt this)?

It runs perfectly the rest of the day, its just the first start in the morning when its cold.

I have 160k miles on it currently. Im also trying to figure out what i should to do it to keep it in good running condition.. it still runs amazingly well, and i want to ensure that until i have a new engine ready. Still running on original coil packs, and injectors etc. only big parts ive ever had to replace were the alternator and AC compressor.

Hes got it ^^^

Clean your throttle body, spray some throttle body cleaner in there and you shall see the difference.

Ok, i cleaned my TB about 20k miles ago and did my fuel filter, and i just cleaned it again yesterday. Problem still persists. Im going to change my Fuel filter today.

My question is, how do u clean the crank sensor or check the TPS.. Id do that today too, but i couldnt find much about it in my factory service manual.

You guys recommended:

-Clean Throttle body - done
-Change fuel filter - next on the list
-Clean your crank sensor - (isnt this also called the REF?)
-Change temperature sensor - (temp sensor registers correctly, but im not sure which one u may be refering to.)
-Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

Check the operation and adjustment of the fast idle cam and plunger.
The Haynes shop manual has a great write up on how it works and how it's set up.
