Tune up

Was wondering what i should replace for a tune up. If there is any sensors i should replace? I know the normal spark plug and coil packs clean the tb and cai. What spark plugs can i get for a good price that is good mor my max. she just triped a 180,000

Have you checked for ghost code (0304) Knock sensor...if defective replace this first.

You'll get a lot of disagreement here on what plugs to use. Some say copper is fine, some say only use platinum. But 90% agree to stick with NGK. The oem plats for our car are between 10 ad 16 bucks each. You can find single plat plugs at NAPA for $2.50 each (part #B5P.. something. I've been using these for years and they're fine.

I wouldn't change the coils unless they're broken... very expensive.

You dont need to replace coils if there is nothing wrong with them.

What about having the fuel injectors cleaned, or is this hocus pocus? Does adding a fuel additive periodically, eg. Chevron Techron suffice?
