I haven't had a chance to switch the plugs and coils around like you suggested, but i tested to see what the code was this morning and it came up 0505. so i reseted the code. about an hour ago, the light came on again and the code this time was 0201 0304. so the 0608 not showing up anymore. the only thing i did was switch from 89 Techron gas to 91 Techron gas. any words of wisdoms?

Diagnostic Trouble Code 0201 indicates that the ignition signal in the primary circuit is not entered during engine cranking or running. Possible causes include ...
- Harness or connectors (The ignition primary circuit is open or shorted.)
- Power transistor unit built into ignition coil
- Condenser
- Crankshaft Position Sensor (REF) or associated circuit

The Crankshaft Position Sensor (REF) is located immediately below the crankshaft pulley. Verify that its electrical connector is securely fastened and the wiring is intact.

Diagnostic Trouble Code 0304 points to a problem with the Knock Sensor. Possible causes include ...
- Harness or connectors (The Knock Sensor circuit is open or shorted.)
- Knock Sensor

This DTC is the less serious of the two and I suggest you disregard it for the time being. Fixing the other problem may fix this one too. You will notice that "bad coil" was one of the possible trouble spots discussed previously, and it showed up again with DTC 0201. Please perform the fault-isolation diagnostic work which was already recommended. I will have no more to say on this subject until you do that.
