dose anybody know what is the difference between replacements and overlays, and is one alot easier to install?

overlays you juss stick over your stock gauges. replacements you replace your old gauges with new ones. Overlays are easier to install but look cheaper

Can you tell the difference between the two. Does the overlay look really bad?

replacements are better but will cost u more than the vinly overlays.
