Does anyone know to completely remove rust spots? Mostly around the bottom of the drivers side door and under the doors, on that panel.... i plan on getting my whole car repainted and want to attempt doing all the body work myself to lower the cost.

Do u need to cut out the metal and spot weld new pieces in?

Thats the only way to completely stop the rust from ever coming back.
You cannot fix rust, you need to remove it.
