I got this setup. Rolling on 16ths. Ride is noticably firmer than stock yet soft enough for comfortable everyday driving.

I think gr2s are good struts for the price range!

the S-Tech are 2" drop

the h-tech are 1.6 ish I believe.

I've heard s-tech with AGXs are a good combo.

hell no, S-tech are too low of a drop and will blow you stock strut in only a matter of time.

I know long island has some nice roads but I'm sure you dont only drive around long island, after some driving into the burrows your stock struts with blow like a jenna jameson.

get some GR-2s there good struts for good money.

the general census is that you stock struts wont really handly any type of aftermarket spring besides stock due to the drop the spring will provide. This will be too much for the stock struts to endure, some have been luck to go as long as a year with new springs and stock struts some have gone a few days.

I'd say the less of a drop the longer you stock struts may last but, you'll need to change your stock struts eventually and if you not installing the sprnigs yourself then you'll have to pay for 2 sets of installations and alignments, unless you have money to burn might as well do it all at one time properly and be done with it.
