looking at wheels...what size tires should i use on the 18's?

looking at wheels...what size tires should i use on the 18's?

i wheels i am looking at picking up is 18x7.5 with an offset of 42......
also what size tires will be good for 17x7 with 40 offset

i was wondering what is the most appropriate size for these wheels?

for the 18" i'd go with a 245/40/18....it will fill out your wheel well and give enough rubber to protect those rims

it will also ride a little better than a 235 or 225
