wtf car wouldn't turn over

i go to start my car today and it wouldnt turn over until like 5 tries.what could this be a sign of? i replaced my starter like 2 yrs ago with a brand new one.i never had any starting problems until today.it fired right up when it was in the negative temps a few weeks ago so i dont know what to think.after it started i let it warm up a bit then turned it off and it fired right up again.anyone else experience this type of thing?

ones attached to the o2 sensor wire bracket on the tranny bell housing, the toher is to the right of the oil filter, itll take the removal of 2 10mm bolts for taht one. clean them both off. also clean the camshaft position sensor which is on the timing chain cover, that takes like 10 seconds to remove. clean all the metal filings off.
