4300K is more than enough for almost all applications... much after that, you're actually losing light output and gaining annoying color hues... =(

12k? 23k? Im not a light buff or anything but I usually hear numbers like 4k and 5k is this like a new thing? I perfer the simple stock bulbs since theyre free and work flawlessly

I hope you don't actually believe your lights are 23K. That's beyond black light in the lighting spectrum. Somebody jipped you bad man.

you haven seen then? Man it looks like 2pm comming out of your headlights.

I had a set until I put on my highbeams by accident and blinded the man driving coming towards me, he swirved off the road, after the court case and a $500 ticket, that man never full regained his sight and I had to take them out, went back to stock 9004 Cool Blues.

If you want 12k, just go buy 10 purple/blue led bulbs from radioshack. Light output will be the same

i've got 7k cuz i wanted more of a bluish look to the lights. 12k is insane, but i wouldnt recommend higher than 6-7k. My lights dont really glare due to the AE mod, and I aimed them lower so i wouldnt blind everyone, so they aren't all that bad.
