Are you kidding get the 98 5-speed, it has rims kit, drop, type II spoiler, and so if they are an enthusist they most likely took care of the car, plus its cheaper than the 99 5 speed.

the 99 looks good as well, but it seems the same as teh 98 minus the mods already on the 98. You'll need to find out if the 99 ran into the coil pack problem yet, cause that would be something you'd have to handle.

My Vote is 98 5-Speed

max 1:

VS
max2:

and your an experienced orger so you'll know what to look for, and can tell the condition of certain parts. the 98 has some low a_ss profile tires and the rims are nice, depending on your rear end orientation you may want to get rid of the altezzas on the back, or prepair to replace them with clear or something else.

MAX 2: my vote again. . . and it has a stillen KIT!

your lucky I dont live around their i would have went saw and maybe bought that max before you come back to check the replies

Wow, let us know what happens, that seems like a really good deal on the second one, especially with the mods. If I was looking for a newer Max that second one wouldn't be for sale any more.
