I have a silver 1999 maxima gxe and i want it to look stealth. I am putting tints on it and i am also gunna get chrome rims. Does anyone have any suggestions on more things to add that dont cost alot of money but it makes the car look stealth.

When I hear stealth I think sleeper. Not blacked out windows and chrome rims. So what do you mean you want when you say stealth?

 

yeah ur contridicting yourself with a stealth look with chrome rims does not make any sence if your going stealth

 

stealth = matte black paint, matte black rims, tint, one of those cadillac night vision things so you dont need headlights.

You'd probably never get a ticket

plus the type of metal on the stealth bombers.. then cops couldnt get a radar on you

 

hmmm .... i think i have an idea of what hes going for.... NO CHROME.. i had chrome rims.. that i never put on.. jsut toomuch bling for me.. i dont knwo.. not fan of chrome..

1.sarona rear windhield spoile..
2.lip spoiler.. or stillen kit..
3.one paint.. (NO LOGO on car... I dont care if u have a greddy exuast.. u dont nee dthe logo on teh rear)
.. light tint.. not PITCH BLACK... .subtle caliper paint.. something not tooo Bright..
4.NO NEON KIT... well unless ur car is red.. then its not stealth..
5.eyelids... (awesome. PS anyone got any that tehy want sell for cheap)
6.body paint matching mudflaps...
7. fogged turn /back up light... in rear..

gpnnas have a hard time getting a stealth look with a silver car....

Slealth should be keeping as stock looking as possible. Right down to the stock wheels, I'd say.

 

if u want it to be stealth then whip out the invisible paint
chrome rims aren't stealth man... everything needs to be black

Whoa can you really make a car invisible to radar?

I want to make my car "stealth" so the cops can't get me with their radar guns.

 

Paint it black and put black steelies on it. Tint, no emblems, and be stealth like me minus my Billet Grille.

 

Stealth to me is spraying the car flat black like how the guys did the Subbie STi in SCC mag a while ago. Not my cup of tea.

 

Nope. I saw a tv episode of Myth Busters and there is no way to dodge a radar gun.

Things they've tried with a big azz tail-finned Cadillac:

- painted the whole car flat black
- hanging a cd from the rear view mirror
- put tinfoil all over the front of the car
- put a windmill contraption on the roof of the car to deflect the signal (surprisingly it did deflect some of the signal but not all)
