Hope this helps..

I went to the dealership to have my "painted" spoiler installed and they wanted to do it for 2 1/2 hours worth of labor.. i said f that..

i went to the hardware store got some (4) Stop Nuts, Drill Bits (one of them was a little be smaller than the bolt from the spoiler) just so it would fit in flush mounted..

I took the trunk off...I lined up the spoiler as to where i wanted to drill made markings on the trunk.. then i just drilled away.. and that was it.. becareful from the inner side of the trunk.. it is very very sharp...

here are some pics

Being that my trunk was never drilled also..i mounted it a little back for that Type II look.. people say it looks nice

also if you havn't bought the spoiler yet.. i bought a painted one from a member of this forum.. i also sold another painted one to another member of this forum.. as i bought a blue one and a white one.. i bought the white one after.. less than $150 .. check http://www.copartfinder.com they have tottaled max all the time.. check a junk yard.. you can always find one already painted its much cheaper.. other wise your looking at $700 painted and installed

I noticed in the JC whitney catalog, that they have a spoiler thats supposed to fit like the original factory one. It was going for only about $150. Anyone tried this.

You can get factory-style wings on Ebay for $75. I had mine painted and installed for $140.
