Purchased my 96' Maxima in 2001 for $12,000 with 80k miles on it. At the time it was 5 years old. Great condition. Never had a problem with it besides the bose stereo went out so I had all the door and rear dash speakers change, head unit and subs installed.

I still have it to this day. I was traveling alot with my job outside the States so from 2005 til 2014 the car sat alot besides being started and maybe driven once a month if that by family. Rewind back to 2014 when I came home I had sort of a major overhaul on it including STEERING RACK, MOTOR MOUNTS, REAR AND FRONT STRUTS & SHOCKS, REAR AND FRONT BRAKES & ROTARS, FRONT WINDSHIELD, MUFFLER, MAF AFS, K&N AIR FILTER, BELTS, RADIATOR AND ALL FLUIDS FLUSHED AND REPLENISHED. I still want to change out the fuel injectors and ignition coils/plugs. Currently at 181k Miles (May 18, 2017).

 

97 SE manual with 101k miles. Excellent shape all around except for some faded paint, and new tires soon. $1900.

Hello there. I've had mine for almost two weeks now. It was gifted to me by my aunt/uncle after I had wrecked my 2000 Honda Insight.
It was previously owned by my late cousin who passed away this last thanksgiving. He was the second owner since 2002 so it's had a very good history and just over 200k miles on it. It's in damn good condition for it's age and mileage.
Plan on customizing it to make it mine.

She had 150,000 miles on her.
She is a california emissions GXE and my first stick shift. Love it to death.

I replaced the starter, rebuilt the clutch, replaced bits and pieces as the codes popped up, now she has issues starting. Read through the threads for that, and I'm still lost.

I bought it in April of 2015 with 36291 miles on it, off a family friend that had passed away, she had owned it since 2006. I paid $2500 for it, it needed new tires and front axles. A few minor things needed fixing, speakers, rear seat back rest leather shrunk & cracked it doesn't look good, but I'm never back their so out of sight, out of mind.
After owning 3 Camry's I was hesitant to buy this, but after reading allot of information in this forum I was sold. I've always liked this body style so I swooped it up.
It's now got over 56K on it and runs excellent. I don't think twice about driving it anywhere.

 

Just got 1998 Nissan Maxima GLE June 10th, 2017 for $600. I had 328K miles. Power everything and everything works...except 3 of the windows now. But overall, it needs little bits fixed here and there. The leather, for the most part is in decent condition. The rear seats are in tact except the headrests are in need of repair from sun damage. The electrical accessories all work. The A/C works when the blower spins, and if it does not then a couple of taps to the underside where the blower is and whoosh, cold air. I am happy with my purchase!!!

95 max se 5spd. 69k miles,paid 1900,runs like a top,ac evap took a crap 3 days later,needs knock sensor,and some refresh,but really good shape,power everything,

300$ Flat from an older woman whose best friend used to own it for alittle while then she owned and finally decided to part with it and my mom works at the bank the old woman went to get the loan from and moms told me about the deal. I purchased new tires, changed to synthetic, tested the alternator and drover her 3300 miles to Oregon where I now live.

She just needs some leaks looked at and Definitely needs struts and shocks which I'll replace soon once I waterproof for Oregon rainy season. I have a torn boot which needs to be addressed as well.

 

I bought a 2009 maxima in 2014, paid $14,000 for it. fully loaded with every possible feature with 58,xxx miles on it

I still have it 3 years later, it has 95,500 miles and still no problems
