Any of the series 3 problems solved in series 4

I need to replace my 1992 Maxima GXE and am considering a series 4 and would like some advice on which problems have been resolved in series 4 and any new problems.

some concerns from series 3

1 Breaking exhaust manifold bolts.

2. Corrosion of brake and fuel lines due to poor choice of materials (ordinary steel pipes) and poor location (in a trough with a plastic cover that traps salt and ice)

3. Corrosion of the oil pan where it runs close to the exhaust pipe

4. Corrosion of rocker panels and rear fender rims

My series 4 has not rusted or corroded in any of the places you have mentioned yet, and it has been through about 7 southern ontario winters.

I've got a 4th gen and I've got some minor rust spots on the roof from highway speeds. Also, the front rad support has some minor rust on it and generally the paint quality sucks the big one. The sunroof has started rusting on the front edge on the inside of the car. It's got some rock chips on the outside of it and such.
Other than that, never heard of anything you've mentioned.
