resonance from rear brakes?

replaced my rear brakes yesterday and now i have this resonance, which i guess is the best way to describe it, heard at low speeds (-30/40mph) most prominent around 20mph. from what i can hear by sticking my head out hte window it cant be heard outside, just through the car. its kind of like in an auto when you roll forward really slow you can hear/feel the brakes sliding across the rotor, its kind of like that sound just higher pitched. i used napa semi metallics, anti squeal, and the factory shims. yes the nubs on the pads are lined up with the notch in the caliper piston, the anti rattle clips are in place and good shape. could this be from having a little too much brake fluid in there, i didnt have anyone around to help me bleed a bit out, its about 1/8-1/4 over the max line? maybe hitting the rotors with some sandpaper? let the pads break in? thanks
