tein basic coilovers question

tein basic coilovers question

hey guys, i have a question regarding the tein basic coilovers....someone might have asked this...but i m wondering when you install the coilovers, just putting them on without adjusting the height, is it lower than stock? and by how much? i dont want this to bottom out my skyline kit...that is what i am afraid of...btw..this will be going onto my lakeshore blue max

oh youll be fine. i think the minimum drop height is like 0.5" or something. maybe a little more. check out their site for more info. even if you drop it like 1-1.5" i think you still would be fine. the maxima sits pretty high anyways.

yeah, I think I remember the minimum drop being something like 0.7" on one end and 1.1" on the other; can't remember which end is which though. I love my Basics...good luck with them.

95-99 Nissan Maxima
(Height Range: Front 1.7" - 3.6" / Rear 0.1" - 2.9")

this is what i found on a website....so it is going to drop 1.7" just adding? or is that the minimum setting?
