Release Triggers behind radio not releasing

How do I get the release triggers to release the wire harness behind the radio? I pinched the little black tabs, but the plug doesn't budge.

man i killed my fingers on those things. a couple tiesm i pushed down on the tab with a screwdriver, but really i dont knwo any tricks. i didnt want to break it but i just forced it and it would come out

Stab the tab in those clips as hard as you can with a screw driver and hold it in there. With your other hand pull the wires as hard at you can, while holding the plastic end.
