I had these same questions, i'll be switching for tokico/maxspeeds to tein basic coilovers in a few weeks and was told im definatly going to need a camber kit but know nothing about it.
so far i found these

The Eibach alignment kit (SPC performance) was enough to fix my buddy's 99 Maxima's camber which was seriously bad after the Tein Basic Coilovers were installed. We sell these bolts for like $40.
