well since you thought it was a gle im assuming its an auto... read the faq's. if money is not an issue get a cattmann y-pipe. if it is, then go with a budget y-pipe. my preference is stainless steel, people with argue back and forth aluminzed steel vs stainless steel. whatever. intake... i would leave it stock and hack the airbox if you want sound. intake does not give you any power, i have read of people who have actually lost power with an intake. also, if you want more cold air coming into your car, do a oscai, thats also in the faq's
good luck

congrats on getting a manual, now I won't have to give you as much crap

Look around for parts for awhile, and mod a piece at a time. I did my exhaust (OBX-h), intake (custom, K&N filter, ebay piping), y-pipe (warpspeed), and RSB (progress) within about a week, and while it was an awesome change overnight, now I've been kind of bored with my car

Saving for MEVI+ECU (if TS ever cracks the 5 speed rev limiter)

Get some sort of VI/ECU/Y-pipe and call it good, sleeper, but nice.
