improving the climate control?

i had my climate control on today at 65, and it was about 85 outside, it was cold butmaybe it can be colder. does anybody know what i can do to get it colder or is there any main. i should do on the system. its a 95 gle with 78k

Pick up an air conditioning recharging kit. You can find them at Kmart or Walmart, or try your local auto parts store. The kit will have detailed instructions on testing your system to find out if you need to recharge it. Get the kit that comes with the refigerant/oil and the necessary hardware, I have seen them for around $25.00.

does it try like crazy to get to 65 and just never get there (max fans all the time) or is it just not try? this could be the differnce between a bad sensor and the need to recharge
