custom front lip question (pics included)

I really want to do this Home Depot lip mod, but i dont know how i would attach the plastic to the car. I dont want to make holes in my bumper, and i also dont want to use the double sided tape because i dont think it'll work well enough for high speeds. Anyways, here are the pics. The guy in this cardomain did a great job on his, whoever this is.

Also, would i be able to paint this Sterling Mist in my garage to match the car, or is black my only way?
thanks

That looks like the vinyl strips that you use for baseboards. Pretty clever.

Double sided tape would be the best for that. 3M. The thin black stuff.

Whenever this question comes up, someone always gives their opinion rather than answer the direct questin...

Ludacris was the creator of the lip. I believed screws and 3m tape was what held it on. Search Ludacris in cardomain and i believe a writeup will be present.

Thanks.

I found his cardomain http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/148352/2 but there is no writeup on it. It seems easy to do, but I was just wondering if there was a way to mount it on without using screwing into my bumper. I dont want to screw into it because im not sure if i'll like how the black lip looks on a sterling mist car. I guess if i REALLY like it, i'll get it painted somewhere, but thats doubtfull.

thanks!!!
i guess its impossible to securely mount it without drilling into the bumper. I'll tape it on there, and if it looks really good, i'll drill it i guess.
