Question about NGK's...

If I were to order a set from the NGK web site, would they come pregapped and ready to install? No doubt, I would still double check the gap.

I have heard alot of people on here claim that they come pre gapped and that they just take them out of the box and put them in the car. I double checked mine anyway, and a couple were off, maybe from shipping or storage, so I dont think it will hurt to double check. They do claim that they are pre gapped and ready to go though.

A gapping tool sells for a few bucks, $5? Every car part store carries them. They last for life. I suggest just buy one...

It is better to check them b/c I have seen them be WAY off before. A gapping tool is a really good idea.

Technically they do, but check 'em anyway. I think the circular gap tools are like $.99
