What does everyone think?

Hey guys, dispite the car listed near my name, I don't have a Max yet. I thought I was going to get the 99 white SE but the dealership was playing way too many games and I didn't trust them. Besides, the car had been lowered and I didn't want to risk buying a lowered car not knowing exactly how it was done. Anyways, I have my eye on this car and hope to check it out within the day or so.

What does anyone think? I only ask this because the last car I posted, I didn't know was lowered and was greatful that people warned me about buying an already accessorized car. Thanks guys!

I take it you want an automatic not a 5-speed. Personally, I would opt for a 97 or 98, rather than a 99, and look for one with lower mileage. Automatic vs 5-speed is your choice. I prefer my 5-speed. It appears this car is in great shape, but 83 K is more miles than I would want on a 99. I would be happy with more like 60K and proof that the major maintenance had recently been done.

The car looks stock.

If you dont like the dealer than dont buy from them. Buying a car can be challenging. Shady dealers might stick you in the end. Watch out for hidden fees on the contract "Preparation fee"

I had a dealer try to rip me $2000 for a preparation fee and a document fee. I walked away. What a fraud.

Go for a 97 or 98. They seem to have less problems anyway, and are the same car.

I bought mine new, and I liked the preforated seats.

How many miles a year do you think you will put on it? What condition are the tires in?
Do you intend to replace them anytime soon? Can you get a maintenance history on the car?
