brake seized. what to do??

I was driving today and i started to smell and see smoke coming from the back passenger wheel well. It was the brakes. I seemed that the brakes seized up. I lifted the car up and it was very difficult to turn. The other side turned with ease. What should I do?? Can I drive the car?? How much would it cost to fix??

you can NOT drive the car. If you drive the car your brakes WILL catch on fire.

The caliper needs to be removed and replaced or rebuilt. (at least on most cars thats the case)

Let's say it will cost $250 to have someone fix it for you.
